If you choose to purchase items from our gear store it is important you understand how shipping and refunds work.

Shipping

We do not charge shipping.

REFUNDS

We’re just small family and as traveling fulltime is already complicated enough, we do not offer refunds on purchases. We do however manually process orders once a day at 8pm. If you make an error in your purchase please contact us immediately to correct it. We can cancel or change orders prior to sending to print but once the order has been sent to the press its out of our hands. If you do return the product to the address on the label we do not get refunded for the purchase price of the product. If there is a product defect please contact us and we’ll walk you through the process to get a replacement or refund.
